Terms of Use

The rules governing the use of DAHEM systems and services — in clear language, without complication.

Last updated: October 7, 2026. These terms govern the use of the dahem.cloud website and DAHEM's systems and services. By using the website or any of our systems you agree to these terms, and if you use the service on behalf of a business you declare that you are authorized to bind it to them.

Service description

DAHEM provides cloud business-management systems (used online by subscription) and licensed desktop editions of some systems, alongside custom development and technical support services. System features may evolve and update continuously without materially affecting the core purpose the customer subscribed for.

Accounts & licenses

Acceptable use

The user undertakes to use the systems for lawful purposes related to their business's activity, and it is prohibited to: attempt to breach the systems or exceed access permissions, introduce malicious software, or use the service in activities violating the laws in force in the country of use.

Subscriptions & payment

Prices and subscription plans are governed by the quotations and contracts signed with each customer, and prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. The subscription renews under the agreed plan, and either party may decline renewal by notifying the other a reasonable time before the current term ends.

Availability & support

We make reasonable efforts to keep the cloud systems available around the clock; the service may pause temporarily for maintenance or updates, with prior notice whenever possible. Technical support is provided through our official channels (email and WhatsApp) during announced working hours.

Intellectual property & customer data

The systems, software, the «DAHEM» trademark and all their materials are the property of DAHEM, and the license transfers no ownership to the user. In return, the customer's data and business data entered into the systems are entirely the customer's property, and we claim no right over them beyond processing them to provide the service under the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided «as is», with our commitment to reasonable professional care. We are not liable for indirect losses, or losses resulting from use that violates these terms or from failures beyond our control, and our liability in all cases does not exceed the value of the customer's subscription for the period in dispute, within the limits permitted by law.

Termination & its effect

The customer may terminate their subscription by not renewing. We may suspend an account that violates these terms after notifying it and giving it a reasonable chance to correct the violation, except for serious violations (such as harming the system's security), where suspension is immediate. On termination, the customer may request a copy of their data within a reasonable period before it is permanently deleted.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless a customer contract agrees in writing on another applicable law in the customer's country.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the update is published on this page and active customers are notified when it is material. For inquiries: info@dahem.cloud.
