Privacy Policy

Your data and your business's data are a trust with us — this is a clear, concise policy on how we handle them.

Last updated: October 7, 2026. This policy explains how DAHEM (DAHEM Business Management Systems) — the operator of dahem.cloud and the DAHEM cloud and desktop systems — handles personal and business data. By using our website or systems you agree to what is stated here.

The data we collect

How we use the data

We use data to provide the service, operate the systems, manage subscriptions and licenses, provide technical support, answer inquiries, and improve our products. We never sell personal data to any third party, and we never use customers' business data entered into the systems for any marketing purpose.

Data sharing & service providers

We share data only to the extent necessary for operation, with trusted infrastructure providers, including: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (website and system hosting), Zoho (email), Resend (system email sending), and Zoom (walkthrough-session meetings when booked). Each provider is bound by its own protection policies, and none of them gains any right to use the data outside providing the service.

Cookies & analytics

Our website uses technical cookies necessary for operation, and analytics tools (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to understand and improve website use. You can disable cookies in your browser, and the website and systems will still work in their essentials.

Data retention & deletion

We retain account data for the duration of the subscription or contractual relationship. When the relationship ends or at the customer's request, their data and business data are permanently deleted from our systems within a reasonable time, except what the law or accounting obligations require. Contact and booking data are kept for a reasonable period for follow-up purposes and then deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to your personal data held by us, its correction or deletion, and object to its processing, by contacting us at info@dahem.cloud And we will respond within a reasonable time. For employee data inside our customers' systems, the customer (the employer) acts as the data controller, and requests can be directed to them directly, or to us to forward to them.

Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures: encryption of communications in transit, role-restricted access permissions, and full email-sender authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) to protect against spoofing. Even so, absolute security cannot be guaranteed for any internet-connected system.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; any update is published on this page with a changed last-updated date, and active accounts are notified of material changes by email.

Privacy Policy — Summary in English

DAHEM (dahem.cloud) provides cloud and desktop business-management systems. We collect contact and booking details you submit, customer account data needed to operate subscriptions and licences, and aggregate website analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity). Business data entered by customers into our systems — such as employee and payroll records — belongs to the customer; we process it solely as a data processor acting on the customer's instructions, and we never sell personal data or use customer business data for marketing. We share data only with infrastructure providers required to run the service (Supabase, Vercel, Zoho, Resend, and Zoom for booked intro sessions). You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at info@dahem.cloud. Last updated: 7 October 2026.
